Celeste Bondon Joins PCT® Law Group, PLLC to Head IT Practice

Washington, DC – October 17, 2011

Former Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Counsel of Truist, Inc., Celeste A. Bondon, has joined PCT Law Group, PLLC as Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Information Technology practice. Ms. Bondon is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer with more than thirteen years of experience providing advice and counsel to corporate clients. Ms. Bondon also focuses on corporate matters such as non-profit and for profit entity formation, corporate governance, transaction structuring, securities act and other regulatory compliance matters, transfer and protection of IP, and commercial arrangements. Ms. Bondon has worked with clients in a range of industries, including media, government contracting, hospitality, technology, business services, sports, entertainment and philanthropy.

In coming to PCT Law, Ms. Bondon joins her former law school classmate and firm co-founder, Raymond Millien, who states: “Celeste is a great addition to PCT’s diverse team of talented lawyers. Prior to joining PCT, Ms. Bondon founded Galloway Law and Media, PLLC, focusing primarily on technology and entertainment transactions for independent artists, entrepreneurs and corporations. She also formerly served as counsel at America Online, Inc., and spectrum acquisition counsel at Nextel Communications, Inc.

Ms. Bondon received her B.A. from University of Michigan and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
