PCT® Law Group, PLLC Opens Jacksonville, Flordia Office

Jacksonville, Florida – November 7, 2011 – PCT Law Group, PLLC, the fastest growing minority-owned law firm in the nation, with offices in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia, announced today that co-founder Raymond Millien has opened a new Jacksonville, Florida, office.  Mr. Millien focuses his practice on corporate and intellectual property matters.

Mr. Millien, named one of the 250 “World's Leading Intellectual Property Strategists” by IAM Magazine in 2009, received his B.S. from Columbia University and his J.D. from The George Washington University. He is admitted to the DC, FL, IL, NY, VA, and U.S. Supreme Court bars, is registered to practice before the USPTO, and is a Certified Licensing Professional (LES).
