Alozie Etufugh

Mr. Etufugh drafts and prosecutes patent applications relating to a variety of electronic, mechanical, software and business method technologies. In addition to his prosecution practice, Mr. Etufugh supports intellectual property due diligence projects for litigation and business acquisition matters. Mr. Etufugh also provides general client counseling by assisting with the drafting of opinions (clearance, patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement), licenses and non-disclosure agreements. Mr. Etufugh has experience in advising clients on the selection, maintenance, adoption and enforcement of their trademarks. He also renders opinions on the availability of trademarks and assists clients in preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. trademark applications.
