Tamar H. Schiller

Ms. Schiller focuses her practice in trademark law, and has experience in several other areas of intellectual property law, including the prosecution, litigation and maintenance of copyrights and patents. She also has experience in business, computer and information technology law. Prior to joining PCT Law, Ms. Schiller worked in academia and in various business settings. A registered patent attorney, she received her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from John Marshall Law School and was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Gender Law at the Michigan State University College of Law. Ms. Schiller is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and the International Trademark Association. She has working knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Hebrew.
